In this role, you will function alongside the Solution Manager by assisting to direct and determine job of Technicians.
Your responsibilities will certainly include:.
- Documenting Standard Repair service Time for every procedure prior to sending off job.
- Assigning job to certified technicians.
- Routing work and passing on work instructions to specialists.
- Developing composed documentation of consumer issues.
- Invoicing finished repair service orders prior to launching the motor vehicle.
Qualifications:.
Prefer 2 years' experience as a Technician and or previous service specialist work record.
Valid Driver's Permit.
