 Objective of the Position.
Guarantees high quality patient record keeping by the Health and wellness Details Services Department; the standards connected to patient records as set forth by Joint Payment and CMS.  Tries to comply with Federal/State regulations/hospital plans, and keep discretion of patient records. Must have RHIA certification.
Necessary Responsibilities.
1)  Manages the instructions of the Wellness Info Solutions Division and staff; disperses work.

     annual analytical reports; establishes analytical information for general review and evaluation of quality and.

3)  Makes certain patient medical records are reviewed for efficiency, reliability and compliance with.
     policies and specifications of the hospital and numerous approving agencies at the time of release;.
     carries out continuous surveillance of annual analyses, admissions, discharge recap timeliness,.

4)  Takes part in Usage Testimonial Committee; chairs Clinical Records Committee.
5)  Preserves upgraded manual of all HIPAA laws, as well as a present Wellness Information Solutions.
